Forest Floor is a black and white linocut created as part of a project where I threw a hula hoop into the woods and explored whatever fell within its circle. Fallen leaves, grass, and moss fill the frame; a quiet celebration of the ordinary beauty found in British woodland, so often overlooked.
Printed by hand on beautiful 300gsm hot-pressed watercolour paper, this piece captures fine detail and subtle texture. Each print is unique, with slight variations that are part of its handmade character.
