This linocut was created as part of a project where I threw a hula hoop into the woods and explored whatever fell within its circle. I found a collection of fallen leaves, each with their own curl and little imperfections, surrounded by grass, and moss and sticks. These little details are full of beauty that deserve to be noticed.
Printed by hand on beautiful 300gsm hot-pressed watercolour paper, this piece captures fine detail and subtle texture. Each print is unique, with slight variations that are part of its handmade character.
