Treasures is a collection of 102 tiny hand printed linocuts, each carefully observed from nature. Working on this collection has taken me back to the way I studied nature as a child, exploring, gathering and cherishing each small find. I kept my collection in a vintage letterpress tray displayed proudly on my wall - and so it is with this project.
Printed by hand on beautiful 300gsm hot-pressed watercolour paper, this piece captures fine detail and subtle texture. Each print is unique, with slight variations that are part of its handmade character.
