This linocut was created as part of a project where I threw a hula hoop into the woods and explored whatever lay within its circle. Inside I found flowing grain patterns and broken shards of wood, which marked where the tree fell.
Printed by hand on beautiful 300gsm hot-pressed watercolour paper, this piece is full of fine detail and subtle texture. Each print is unique, with slight variations that are part of its handmade character.
